The research arm of Scope. I built a pipeline that works the literature on its own, covering structure recognition, electron-flow models, process supervision, and knowledge tracing, and keeps a graph tying each method to a part of the system and to an experiment that would test it. What I am pointing it at now is reading a student's handwritten chemistry and finding the first step that is wrong.

Built the trait-profile generator for the KG-Microbe search pipeline, the step that turns each study's results into a table you can compare across diseases. Reviewed by the lab and merged into main.
